• Know the property and field boundaries. Do not trespass on surrounding private land.
• Stay out of planted fields and restoration areas.
• Park where permitted along a public road shoulder or in a designated parking area. Do not block fields, pastures, gates, or trails.
• Maintain a safe distance from homes, buildings, roads, trails, people, and livestock. Know your target and what lies beyond it. Never shoot toward neighboring property or occupied areas.
• Trapping, target shooting, camping, horseback riding, fishing, and dog training are prohibited.
• No dumping or fires.
• Leave gates and fences as you found them.
• No permanent structures. Remove all portable hunting blinds, stands, equipment, and personal belongings after each visit. Nothing may be left overnight. Do not damage trees or other district property.
• Do not damage or remove plants, signs, or equipment.
• Pack out all litter, including spent shells and casings.
• Report unlawful activities to the appropriate authorities.
• Do not contact the SWCD to request hunting permission.
